Brian I am writing this review to express my frustration & disappointment regarding my experience at your business yesterday morning. After seeing your listed hours of 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM on Google and your front door, I drove 50 minutes with five-wheel rims to leave them for refinishing. I arrived at 9:30 AM and saw you entering through the rear door. However, the front door was locked, and my knock went unanswered. When I called to ask if I could leave the wheels or have you take a quick look, you were rude and unprofessional and told me to leave because I did not have an appointment. If your business is "by appointment only," I strongly suggest updating your website, Google listing, and signage to reflect that. It is unreasonable to expect customers to know this when your posted hours suggest you are open for business. Ultimately, I took my business to another company nearby that was happy to accept drop-ins. I hope you use this feedback to improve your communication and customer service moving forward.

Had to take my car in because of some bends in my rims. Brian was great to deal with and had confidence he could fix my rims without me having to replace them. He even pointed out some things that caught his eye for me take care of.. Hate that I have to deal with this but it comes with the territory of having larger wheels with lower profile tires. But atleast I have a good guy to help me get them fixed.

I can’t thank Brian at Gulf Coast Wheel Repair enough for the quick and wonderful job he did fixing my Rim. I was really in a bind not having the factory wheels for my vehicle. Like many others I had hit a pothole 🕳️ with my New 22 Rims. I looked up Rim Repair Shops near me, Gulf Coast definitely wasn’t the closest to my home. But hands down had the Best Reviews/ Stars ⭐️ 4.8 I can definitely see why now. I stopped in with no appointment around 1pm hoping he could have it fixed by the end of the week. Brian took the Rim with no hesitation and told me he would have it done by 5pm that same day. He even took the time to explain to me all of what he was going to have to do to fix it even gave me a good price. I am extremely satisfied with the repairs that were done, Looks like new again. Brian at Gulf Coast Wheel Repair will definitely be my go to place for anything rim & tire repair shop for now on!!
